A Simple Approach

Whether you're seeking a website, newsletter, ebook, suite of blog posts, or publication design, this four-step process guides the way.

1. Listen

We’ll kick the project off with a discovery call. Some things we might discuss: The amazing things everyone should know about you or your organization. Your current audience, and the audience you’d like to reach. Your business challenges. What you love to eat (Corin is always up for talking food.)

2. Research

We’ll identify your ideal client or reader, analyze the competitive field, and examine current metrics. Then, we’ll determine short and long-term goals, calling on collaborators as needed. We’ll identify the building blocks that might work most effectively for your message — keeping in mind brand voice, scalability, accessibility, and inclusion.

3. Craft

Once we’ve decided on a creative direction, it’s time to build. For a writing project, we’ll submit an outline for your sign-off before moving forward. Then, we’ll move through one or two rounds of revisions until the assets are in step with your vision. For a website redesign or rewrite, preserving high-performing content is a priority as we finesse copy and imagery.

4. Launch

When you’re happy with the results, we’ll send your fresh assets into the world to take on a life (and audience) of their own. If marketing is part of the plan—whether organic ads, affiliate, social media, or another channel— we’ll work to land your new content in front of the people who need it the most.
